Simply download the application form, fill it out on your computer and then send it to us using the form below. Alternatively, you can print it out and send it back to: Gorse Hill Studios, Cavendish Road, Stretford, Manchester, M320PS
Your £1 fee will be collected on your first visit.
All Gorse Hill Studios Members must abide by the GHS Rules. Each member must sign and date a copy of our terms and conditions before their membership will be accepted.
